BITS School of Management (BITSoM) is a business school set up under the aegis of BITS Pilani in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with its founding MBA class starting in July 2021. It offers a two-year, full-time residential MBA taught by a small core faculty supplemented by visiting faculty drawn from business schools abroad. The founding class graduated in 2023, and the school publishes final placement reports for each cohort with CTC figures audited by B2K Analytics (formerly Brickwork Analytics). Recruiting spans consulting, conglomerates and manufacturing, BFSI, FMCG and technology firms.
